This is office building and conference center designed by Dana Hutt from Architectural Record, named Beehive located in Culver City, California. The room is opened design so that flexible to be rented. This building is rented by Medschool.com. Because of the building’s orientation, natural light is brought in through clerestories and a skylight in the center of the building. A hole is cut in the second ?oor that allows the natural light to be transmitted to the ?rst ?oor.
